In other news Nidzumi Launches Tonight!
PWNT Ok, I say range its hardly a range. Basically me and Dave wanted to start making some shirts, we made some shirts here are the results. Although they turned alright, they have a few imperfections on them, we think this is because of the screen. Before you ask no they aren’t ironed on they are screen printed, hence the aforementioned screen. This also explains the slight grunge effect we’ve got on the brown, expect more designs on here soon that you’ll actually want.
Oh and yes, we will be selling these, but we need a - a lot more shirts and b - actual shirt designs that aren’t a logo. Still enjoy!

Nidzumi ok so I should really explain this but there is still a lot of work to go, I’m just letting people know about another venture I’m looking into. Clothing and Skateboards (PWNT) is all well and good but this is another love. Just stay tuned to this site
Thanks for reading, Sorry about the lack of serious blog by the way, but I’ve been a bit bogged down in these projects. Once they go fully live I think you’ll understand.

This is kind of news but kind of not. The non-news is that the site has been down for 2 days but its working now. If its down then what the hell are you reading now?!?!? The Important news is that thanks to Slicehost and TastyFunction we have new servers. They seem pretty fast now they are running and now the url will be blogizzle.co.uk/file instead of the old davemania one.It won’t really make much difference apart from being faster and the url will look a bit better.

Thats Right, They are Live recordings but they are listenable. I’ve made them so they are tagged this time and are roughly the same volume. The album is gonna be great.
01 - This Is Not The World
02 - Everything’s Changing
03 - The Girl With The Radio Heart
I’ve also got a good article about music coming up before the end of the month on albums coming out in 2008 so look forward to that.
The Nintendo DS is a great little handheld. It has managed to innovate despite the small form limitations that handheld’s bring. It has arguably hit the top of the curve but their is still a lot of possibility with it. With so many great Nintendo and even some third party franchises that haven’t shown up in my DS yet I have to ask why, but instead of bitching about it I’ll write a list.
Pikmin DS - Pikmin had its haters but I loved it. It was very different and unique, two things that also sum up the DS. This combined with the fact that stylus controls would fit the game like a glove leaves me confused that it hasn’t appeared. You don’t need to be a genius to figure out how it would work. You could whistle into the microphone to call on screen Pikmin, You could then use stylus controls to move pikmin around, Tap a new pikmin to pull them out of the ground and you could get extra information about the current level on the on screen map. I mean the game is already made for you. Come on Nintendo.
Luigi’s Mansion - Now I wasn’t much of a fan of this, but the idea was interesting to say the least. Like Pikmin would play like, it could be stylus controlled. If Zelda : Phantom Hourglass taught us anything its that adventure games can be controlled entirely with the touchscreen. I think that a stylus controlled ghost hoover would be great fun.
Donkey Konga - No I don’t want some weird Konga attachment, a la Guitar hero or Jam Sessions. But Elite Beat Agents was a fun touch screen based rhythm game, DK could be the same. Top screen can have your basic note chart information and the bottom could have two pads on it, maybe even more on later levels. You could then set it down and play it and even have the microphone pick up any claps that are required. Well what I’m picturing would be more like Donkey Drum Kit. More of Rock Band drums on the DS but you know what I mean.
Goldeneye - Often considered as the best shoot ‘em up of all time, the Nintendo 64 Classic could be a good move. There are not many FPS’ on the system but Metroid has shown that if done right then they are indeed playable. Goldeneye with online and local multi-player would keep me involved for weeks.
Rollercoaster Tycoon - I should stop saying that x game should be on the DS because y game worked but SimCity minus all the stupid mini-games and general dumbing down was a good game. So only would Rollercoaster Tycoon work but Theme Hospital, SimGolf (also could have playable bits like nintendo touch golf) & many more. Obviously they would work great with stylus controls, its the most natural fit.
Although their are many others Football Manager (Memory limitations might permit), Metal Gear Solid & Monkey Island. Still if I saw any of these I’d be excited. By the don’t see this as a bitch at the DS blog but their is a lot of untouched potential in it that would make it the best handheld of all time if it used some of it.
What would you guys like to see appear on the DS? and What do you think of my dreams/predictions?
